| Pictured at left is one of four 25 ton useable tilt pour furnaces fitted with a 1200 kW, single loop, throat type inductor. Treated iron can be added to the furnace while the furnace keeps metal in an unheated pour box at a required height from which it is stopper rod poured into a mold. | |

| DUCA 25 TON TILT POUR FURNACE |
| The latest addition to the Duca pouring equipment line is the stopper rod actuator. A hydraulic cylinder is used to open and close the stopper rod while air cylinders operate seat and clean features. Capable of pouring iron or brass, the Duca stopper rod actuator can be provided with manual, teach, laser or pixel control of the pour. |
